The Let It Snow - DS Shader is based on Stonemason's (with his permission) snow shader from his Winter Kingdom: Castle Ruins product.
With this snow shader for DAZ Studio 3 and DAZ Studio 4, you will be able to cover anything in your runtime with snow, from a little sprinkling to fully covered. You will also be able to select the color of the sheen and scatter value of the snow.
