The Genesis 9 figure does not have a specific mesh for nipples and navel and they get correct shape at a very high Subdivision level, which makes it unrealistic to give the desired shape from the base resolution.
This product is an alternative in the form of Geograft Nipples and Navel Mesh which has an proper mesh with several shaping morphs.
